At Witches of Words, we're committed to your satisfaction. Because our products are uniquely crafted and printed on demand just for you, we handle returns and exchanges a bit differently.

What can be returned?

We gladly accept returns and offer replacements for items that arrive damaged or defective. This includes:

Damaged Products: Items that arrive broken, torn, or otherwise unusable.

Manufacturing Errors: Products with misprints, incorrect designs, or other production flaws.
What cannot be returned?
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

Buyer's Remorse: Items ordered in the wrong size, color, or simply unwanted.

Minor Variations: Slight differences in print placement (up to 0.5" for DTG products) are considered normal and not a defect.
How to initiate a return:

Contact Us: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at [your customer service email address or contact form].

Provide Photos: To expedite your request, please include clear photos of the damaged or defective item. If multiple items are affected, please provide a photo or video of all items in one frame.

Resolution: We will review your request and offer a free reprint or a refund to your original payment method.
How Printify handles refunds:

Printify, our printing partner, handles refunds as follows:

Refunds are issued to your Printify account balance. You can withdraw this amount to transfer it back to your original payment method.

If your billing currency is not USD, the refund will be returned directly to the original payment source.

Unsuccessful Deliveries:
In the event of an unsuccessful delivery, you can choose between a reprint with an extra charge or a partial refund.
